These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between Reference to Video ("we", "us", or "our") and you for your access to and use of https://referencetovideo.pro (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

Reference to Video provides AI-powered tools for generating, transforming, and editing digital content based on prompts, uploaded materials, settings, and other user inputs.

Available features, models, supported content types, limits, and technical requirements may change over time. Current functionality and applicable usage terms are shown within the Service.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

3. Account Registration

An account is required to use the Service. Available sign-in methods are shown within the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

By creating or signing in to an account, you acknowledge these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

4. Billing, Payments, and Subscriptions

The Service may offer paid subscriptions and top-up credits. Current pricing, plan details, credit amounts, expiration periods, purchase eligibility, and other package-specific terms are provided on the Pricing page, checkout page, account billing page, or other purchase-specific terms shown at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors available at checkout. We do not store full payment card details on our own servers.

By purchasing a subscription or top-up credits, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the selected payment method for the applicable fees. Subscription cancellation stops future subscription renewals. Access may continue until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Credits

The Service uses credits for AI processing.

Credits may be temporarily held when processing begins. The held credits may be charged or released depending on the outcome, including whether an output was delivered, whether a request was canceled after processing began, and whether submitted or generated content violated these Terms or applicable policies. Successfully delivered outputs are charged. Processing failures may result in the release of held credits.

Credits are usage units for the Service and do not represent cash, stored monetary value, legal tender, or a deposit account. Credits are tied to the account that received them and may not be transferred, sold, shared, or exchanged unless we approve an exception.

Credits may include subscription credits and top-up credits. Subscription credits are provided as part of an active subscription and may be subject to billing-cycle limits. Top-up credits are additional usage credits that may be purchased separately when available, subject to the eligibility, expiration, and usage terms shown at the time of purchase.

Credits may expire. The applicable expiration period is shown on the pricing page, checkout page, plan terms, credit pack terms, or other purchase-specific terms when credits are issued or purchased. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the expiration terms shown at checkout or on the pricing page for a specific purchase, the purchase-specific terms control. You are responsible for reviewing any expiration terms before purchasing or using credits.

Top-up credits add usage only and do not unlock, extend, or preserve subscription plan features. If your subscription ends while you still have unexpired top-up credits, those credits may remain usable until their stated expiration date, subject to the feature availability and purchase-specific terms in effect for accounts without an active subscription.

Requests canceled after processing has begun may still be charged. Successfully delivered outputs are not eligible for credit restoration solely because of dissatisfaction with output quality or results that differ from your inputs or expectations.

You must not attempt to circumvent credit usage, billing systems, subscription requirements, top-up credit restrictions, rate limits, or usage limits.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service to:

• violate any law or regulation;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• transmit malware, harmful code, or abusive traffic;
• reverse engineer, interfere with, or compromise the Service;
• scrape, overload, abuse, or disrupt the Service;
• circumvent billing, credits, rate limits, access controls, or usage limits;
• submit, upload, generate, edit, or distribute pornographic, sexually explicit, or other NSFW content;
• generate illegal, harmful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or rights-violating content;
• commit fraud or impersonation;
• evade platform rules or enforcement systems.

We may review content submitted to or generated by the Service. We may reject, withhold, or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable policies.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use violates these Terms or creates risk for the Service, other users, or third parties.

7. AI Output and User Responsibility

The Service uses AI processing to generate, transform, or edit digital content. AI-generated output is provided "as is" and may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, duplicated, misleading, contain defects, or otherwise be unsuitable for your intended use.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, validating, and deciding whether to rely on or publish any output.

We do not guarantee:

• accuracy;
• completeness;
• originality;
• legal compliance;
• suitability for a particular purpose;
• exact adherence to your inputs or instructions;
• preservation of every detail or characteristic in submitted content;
• acceptance or approval by any third party.

The Service is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, tax, academic, compliance, or other regulated advice.

8. User Content

As between you and us, you retain any rights you hold in the content and materials you submit to the Service.

You grant us a limited license to receive, process, transmit, and display your submitted content and generated output only as needed to provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service, enforce these Terms, and comply with applicable law.

To provide the Service, your submitted content may be processed by third-party service providers. We do not currently use your submitted content to train our own AI models. You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights and permissions needed to submit content to the Service and to use any generated output.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, workflows, branding, text, graphics, documentation, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other laws.

Except as allowed by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, resell, sublicense, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Service.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service or our intellectual property to you.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed USD $10.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or relating to:

• your generated output or how you use it;

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, create risk for the Service, misuse credits or billing systems, or use the Service in a way that may harm us, other users, or third parties.

After termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, payment obligations, and dispute-related provisions.
