Credits are the unit used to measure your AI Humanizer usage. Credit usage is estimated based on text length and the selected model. In many cases, 1 credit is roughly equivalent to 1 word when using the Basic Model, but the actual credit cost may vary. The Advanced Model delivers higher-quality results and consumes more credits per word. Subscription credits refresh every 30 days from your subscription start date while your subscription is active. Unused subscription credits do not roll over and expire at the end of each billing cycle.

Yes, your subscription is set to renew automatically before each billing cycle ends to ensure uninterrupted service. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, you will continue to have full access to your plan until the end of your current billing period.

You are not charged for an undelivered output. If required moderation rejects the request, or a Provider or platform failure prevents delivery, the affected Credit reservation is released. Successfully delivered outputs remain charged even if you are dissatisfied with the result.
